Stack Access and Retrieval Services At Robarts Library

The circulating collection and the periodicals (non-circulating) in the Robarts Library are accessible to those with a U of T Library card, TCard, or other student card, alumni card, or temporary stack pass.

Visitors to the Library who are faculty members, staff, or graduate students in other universities may apply at the Information Desk on the first floor of Robarts Library for a temporary stack pass.

All other visitors to the library may obtain access to these collections by requesting that the books and/or journal volumes be retrieved. Patrons should place requests at the Loan Services Desk, on the first floor of the library. The weekly schedule of retrieval services is:

Mon - Fri at 11:00 a.m., 3:00 p.m., 6:30 p.m.

Sat at 11:00 a.m., 3:00 p.m.

Sun at 3:00 p.m.
